That is my understanding as well.
1. WRFX is in business
2. WRFX looks for a successful direction
3. They shift and flop trying to find help, and find Paranotek.
4. they file a patent
5. they do that phone AP thing and it gains some credibility.
6. Brad finds and sells Mick & Dr. Pitcock on the future of the patent.
7. for the last year (or longer) previous to #6 Brad had been unable to get the aide of Reg A to work because there was not a hedgefund who would take the leap to believe in WRFX enough to make that "loan" to them.
8. now a hedgefund has been found which to me means that they had to be convinced that WRFX had not only a viable patent, but they are close enough to getting real revenue that the fund would take that leap of risk for the people who are invested in that fund.
9 This bodes well that WRFX has some real news up their sleeve, they have not released yet.
10. WRFX stock RUNS a marathon !
