As I said. Their agreement is with i3, not the federal government. That makes them a subcontractor to i3 on the SEWP vehicle.

Having been an auditor for the DOD for 30 years I can tell you with almost 100 percent certainty that service-disabled, veteran-owned small business ("SDVOSB") will get contracts under the SEWP. It is a feather in EVERYONE'S cap to award contracts to SDVOSB's and the DOD LOVES it. Now, the question is will the award to I3 involve BVTK. I3 is one of 1000's of contractors under the SEWP contract and I3 likely has several subcontractors that have products that can be used by the SEWP. So the question is NOT whether I3 will be awarded contract(s) under the SEWP; the question is will it be for a BVTK product. My guess is BVTK will get something out of this, likely the telecom variety but I would not look for a big software contract because these are usually handed out to the big boys for obvious reasons, primarily a proven track record with tons of support. Helpcom fits the bill for the track record and support but Encrypt has little, if any, record of success.
