Yes, I like ENTA—it's one of my two largest biotech holdings (along with RVNC). I've owned it continuously since mid 2013 (#msg-89490439), and I most recently added in Nov 2017 (#msg-136356320).
SGMO clearly has impressive science, but I don't follow the company closely enough to give you an educated answer with respect to the valuation.
