Here is a fact. $UATG was/is transparent with its shareholders about what is going on. It’s all in the filings and court docs. $UATG didn’t hide any of the court docs from their shareholders at all. Therefore, any shareholders that held onto the stock knowing that dilution was imminent, that’d be on them.
There is good that comes from dilution ending with legit companies. Prime example was ticker GIG*. Company was diluted down to .0018, shareholders weren’t happy, BAM, massive turnaround. I say “time it right, or hold on tight” <—- whichever works for oneself
