The reason I started following RAD was my significant positions in Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) when WBA was trying to acquire all of RAD. Still follow it here as it is an interesting business puzzle for RAD. Had WBA been able to completely acquire all of RAD and all locations it may have warranted the extremely high premium WBA initially offered for the whole thing.
IMO, the only way for RAD holders to realize more than around $2.35 - $2.40 here is to take the all stock option at 1.079 shares in the new company for every 10 shares of RAD and then the new company has to knock everything out of the park going forward longer term.
