As I mentioned, when I went back to look I couldn't see that Alpha got all series C so for your sake let's assume they didn't. As of latest filing we DO know they had 78 and that was all that's left of those. So everything before that doesn't really matter since they're all exercised (minus the 78). I'm sure they likely have a lump of warrants but those exercise at $1.5/share so I'm all for them exercising those considering my cost basis.
What DOES matter is that per latest filings, the total maximum shares Alpha had was like 700K plus including those 78 series C. So like I said, considering they dumped over 400K in Nov-Dec alone, they don't have a lot left to sell.
