Totally possible but the point is that it shows legitimacy to the business regardless of how successful it is..worst case scenario is that this is a complete scam company that just endlessly dumps the 6 billion shares regardless of price. This thing had an amazing pop and on the way down somebody converted a lot of notes and then it stopped..there's a lot of shares not yet issued and highly doubt the holders of those notes don't want another pop to previous highs
