True about the rarity of this kind of company on OTC. We usually get companies that need to raise capital to survive, rather than to expand and grow exponentially. Sure hope that's what OLVI is. I'm encourage by the numbers given the relatively small footprint. With China in nascent stage (I assume) and US not even launched yet, there is certainly room to grow.
As to CE, I've heard conflicting reports - from it's a black hole of no return, to it can be done with the right counsel. Assume that's what their counsel was hired for. I know that OTC Markets has but a lot of effort into making it an accepted, standardized process.
