As sickening as that maybe Tin......hopefully it puts the short position to bed and they move the price forward......management can easily cover this up by saying a deal didn't materialize to bring in enough cash so they had to raise now to have a yr's worth of cash to get to potential approval

A while back, I did a pretty thorough search for warrant quantities and income on every 10K & 10Q since the ADXSW and Adage warrants were issued. May have missed something somewhere, but there was no warrant income of consequence in the filings, cumulatively or otherwise what I read. Further, the Adage warrants weren't accounted for anywhere I could find. The latest info from the prospectus shows a total of 3,092,395 warrants at $5, if memory serves, 99% of those are the ADXSW as far as I can tell. Anyhow, simply another missing piece to the puzzle. Sara B is quite the bookkeeper.
