Highest % of trading is done "automatically" and the auto regs kick in automatically under a buck----just for trading---If you're actually leaving the NASDAQ to a lower level. I believe TTNP would be "notified" by SEC. Seems to be a lot of leeway about going under a buck---especially when it's "borderline"---like now, before delisting is a factor, and headed somewhere in the OTC.
