No problem, I generally check the news periodically to see if there are any new developments, and ran across this. There has been a few new bidders recently, including a $15k dollar bidder the other day so maybe it has something to do with this new partnership....not sure.
Would love to know the current status of the vertical construction, should be well underway by now, I wish they updated their website blog more often. I think(hope) they will start communicating better, towards the end of the year, as they get closer to opening. Once they start releasing PR's, this should really take off, as it's highly undervalued IMO.....ridiculously undervalued in fact.
