Is it plausible that this is being kept down in order for "big $" to acquire shares. I'm thinking there are many shares out in the hands of weak investor's...and the like.

OWCP fully funded for 2018 and if Mr. Tshuva is indeed hanging with the OWCP gang then (connecting the dots) There should be no worry about funds...

So many scenarios...

The ones with a lot of money want a lot of SHARES. One doesn't just put a bid in for 1 or 5 million shares. It takes time to acquire this many ...

So who knows! Maybe the delays are for a reason other than what the majority of this board thinks...
