Probably not. My personal stocks and my watch lists are eerily slow today. Today we most likely see consolidation above .10. The high .09's so far get eaten up quick and it moves right back above .10. .10 is a natural resistance line for penny stocks. The PPS is still above the upper bollinger band so it needs a day or two for the PPS to fall within the bollingers. Accumulation at .10 and a close ABOVE .10 is a huge win as .10 may now be support instead of resistance and that is huge for a penny stock to advance higher.
