Why would you need an extension after 45 days? We are not talking about some mega company like GM, Apple, etc. How complicated can this be for a small company like this? This is not a good sign, no matter how you spin it. I still believe that the share structure will keep this down.
I would like to hear from management as to why they need an extension, not just that they need an extension.
