Main-difference-with-BARCHART=Barchart doesn't-have-ARMY-to-short/INFLUENCE direction of PPS based on their "predictions"

Barchart called it "80% Strong Buy" for today:

https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/RCMH

Now that they've driven it to printing 4's, 4's-5's getting scooped up and this can move - scared sellers falling for it
-- 4's GOING/GOING/GONE, then the 5's then bounce
-- Barchart calling High Resistance @.0011 not .0018

To be clear: I was VERY cynical a couple days ago about the claims that this was a great play just b/c "the ones with most followers" were promoting it: read my post -- there was no doubt the sudden highs wouldn't last, it was a P&D --
but then some POSSIBLE credibility did arise to the rumors and NOW Barchart strictly on technicals is calling it STRONG BUY again

Margin Requirements to short a penny stock:

Brokers require investors to put up collateral to guarantee against potential losses in the form of margin requirements. Often times, brokers will require OTC investors to have $2.50 of margin per share to short a stock under $2.50, which can make shorting penny stocks very costly. For example, if an investor shorted 2,000 shares of a stock at $0.50, you have to have $5,000 in your account. All along, the maximum profit for this position would only be $1,000, if the stock went to zero.
