I don't think now is the time for anyone to sell at a loss. I know I have some shares which are taking a hit, but I really think they are holding on to some big plays, and I don't want to miss it.

I have been following this board and every post on it for months. josbor8 is no con artist and has never made any posts to move the price in his favor. His past posts have shown valuable information, excitement, frustration, etc just like any normal person holding long on a position would. What he says I know is (at least) mostly true. In fact, how could it not be? If you think about it, if financials were out by the due date, that would raise questions and concern. Have they been holding the completed financials for days or weeks, or just coincidence this long audit process completed just in time? That would be a big coincidence. So the way I see it, financials not filed on time again means it must still be in the audit process. I'm sure the company will release it to us the same day they receive the signatures from the auditors.

BTW josbor8, thank you for taking the time to inform us with this information, right there with you on keeping updated, and I'm gratefully impressed that you're able to get this kind of information. I'll look out for your daily posts.

SGMD questions:

1) Are financials in hands of 3rd party auditor and who is the firm?.....;)

2) Will SGMD assume managing all BizRight ecommerce sites, if so, is SGMD now managing any? Will SGMD assume BizRight product ordering task?

3) Is SGMD now recording BizRight revenues..if not, why not? (CEO indicated BizRight deal "executed", does that imply "effective date" terminology triggered for BizRight agreement?)

4) Is SGMD providing any Budlife R&D financing? ETA Budlife launch?

5) Plans for Stix retail brick and morter?

6) Any MJ acquisition negotiations taking place?

7) Will Chenlong Tan be involved with day to day SGMD operations? Ditto BizRight.
