Might be a disgruntled consulting firm that was passed by to lead the alleged RELM merger by a market competitor. The link to that guy's consulting firm is easy to trace back from RELM's Twitter. Apparently he is not FLA420 himself. Here's one extract from his website:

Anything is possible. He might be telling the truth as well. But a clear statement from any side would help. Not a vague iHUB posting. To say that they are not in a position to post anything is bogus, a simple tweet would solve everything. If this is without consent, I would personally want to make a clear statement. Not just letting it go.
