You could have sold out over a dozen times by now. The reason you're still holding is the same reason we all are. We know the stock is undervalued - especially on the bloody and scam-ridden OTC. Don't think I'm not frustrated too with the ham-handed lack of PR put out by this company. Why the heck are we learning about things through Blink's filings? And why are they ringing the bell on Nasdaq this morning while we languish with investor questions? That does piss me off Roy.

As for the settlement - we are not losing money. Ending this lawsuit is a win-win for JNSH the way I see it. We are still profitable and going to benefit by everything happening here - it is just that Brian moves slowly - either out of deliberation or incompetence. The question you have to ask yourself is - do you have the patience to be here or is it better to be a flipper on some trip-2 stock looking to grow MJ in the Andes mountains? IMHO.

Ffloors me how anyone holding shares over a couple years isn't pissed. I'm obviously the only one.

Well, I can understand why it floors some people.But Let me inject a personal thought, since I have held JNS for years and have no regrets.

Most of the things in my life that have been the most important happenings were never quick to blossom into what were my anticipations. However, if I had done my homework and had fact-based long-term anticipation of success...I rarely was disappointed...even though success sometimes blossomed much slower than I wanted and anticipated. That has been my approach with JNSH.

I have had some failures, but a lots of success; and failures came quickly.... but my successes usually came about slowly and with some semi-failures along the way. I am older than many of you on this board, and I guess I am possibly more tolerant of the usual slow advent of success.

I have no negative thoughts about JNSH's progress to date. But I do have solid anticipation of solid JNSH success, which I believe will come. When? Well, hopefully sooner rather than later...but I believe it will come!

Do I worry about it? Naw...not a bit! For JNSH, everything appears to be ready to hatch a solid success and long term success. Maybe a huge success!

Oh, and yes, I am heavily invested in JNSH and have no sleepless nights.
