and the very same guy asking us to sell if we are not happy is again complaining going back to addressing Dan and his misdeeds.
and few favorite ones like - 'You are wrong (written with authority!!) Dilution is not an option at these prices' - (heck price was closer to 3.5 then)'Why are you here'? 'are you really long?' 'how many shares do you have'? 'oh he does not have any shares, why bother to answer his questions', 'I wish all the warrants expire worthless'- this from a so-called die hard long who dares to ask ' Why are you here' whenever the intent of management is questioned.... never mind the fact that they do not reciprocate when asked to show proof that they own shares. No surprises there.
In the end facts will speak for itself. Glad that I voted NO to all for the Proxy. Too many chances , time and money were given all these years and yet they ask for more - Modern day Oliver Twist is what it is. They need to deliver without any excuse
