If they can give those certificates for those shares. Then they can let you transfer those shares. I would get thise shares to another brokerage. You have any otbers? If not, get another broker, tell them to get those shares into yiur new account yoj open with them.
To get your business, another firm will move mountai ns. Other wise Imho, your getting screwd out of a thousand bucks for certificates your not even sure there giving you.
