It was bought in public auction which sounds dire to me, was it not? Irvine Sensors BTW was also struggling if I recall correctly. Good thing this piece peeled off.
If U go back to like pre 2007 ya I think it had a good patch of profitability for awhile (want to say memory of seeing $6 mill in retained earnings maybe back when Optex I think was owned by an individual).
Anyway, been awhile since I looked that far back and not gonna go there without the need of it's sketchy memory.
