i grabbed a starter here. if it dips hard, and we get news, i'll be happy to dive in for more. this is the perfect "story" for the times. and who knows, maybe in the deal-making the current CEO will step aside, or stack the BOD with some big names, in which case the market can yell "clean slate" as the fireworks begin. :-)
