If they were going to steer direct chunks to certain entities wouldn’t it be a direct placement?

More likely they fear the stock sinking to even lower levels and are cashing in now to keep the lights on. These fools - I would hope aren’t that dumb to announce a dilution before a deal announcement.

Yeah, it'll be steered towards Adage. If they even need to, considering there is a line in the prospectus that literally says they can just drop the shares in any specific party's lap of their choosing.

Extortion is exactly what’s going on to remove the boot. The shorts can’t get shares to cover and get out of the way so Advaxis is going to sell them shares to get them out of the way. Votes at the annual meeting as well for whatever mgmt wants.
