Hurricane..awesome! I know you'll love it! My favorite entry alert is Pivot Up. I also use Macd Mid Up, RSI Oversold, Avg. volume up, and DMI bullish. I change them from time to time, but Pivot up has always been my favorite. Be sure to set up your own personalized alerts by using the Quik Search in the grey stripe on the top of your alerts page. For exit, I only use MA 20 down thru 50 and MA 50 down thru 100. I keep my charts open and watch for an exit. I sometimes play fairly fast, so I often get out after a quick gain or flip it. However, if the chart looks particularly promising, I hold a little longer until my indicators alert me to sell.
One new thing that will help tremendously; ProChartScan is releasing new charts this month which have built-in trading system alerts...and they are awesome! You can choose several indicators, but the one which show actual buy and sell signals on the chart just makes reading it incredibly easy.
