Never said rely on Warrants anywhere. Please show me. I said if he honestly believed his own hype there would be very strong potential for pps to rise over next 6 months of positive feedback coming out of clinical sites and hitting milestones that he said they were on track for.
The likely result of the achievements he laid out and the fact it would put them ~ a quarter away from planned FDA submission should have provided an environment for pps to rise, some Warrants being exercised and ultimately allow any needed raises at higher pps with less dilution.
If you disagree that if there was no delay and we were still on track for late q3/18 FDA Submission as he said in Nov that the pps would rise over next six months then ok, that’s a position... just not a likely one and a hard one to argue why IMO.
