No ruling has been posted on the court site yet. As mentioned in #62954, lawyers advise that "it could be a week to a couple months for a decision" on something like this.

The arguments were submitted 9 days (6 business days) ago.

No ruling yet, but I’m told typically cases like the injunction are upheld by higher courts.

The reason being they let the lawsuits handling the claim of default to decide the ruling on default; and if found in default, associated damages.

I personally don’t see the 3rd court of appeal overturning the lower court after had read both parties arguments. But, again, my opinion is worthless than QMC right now. ;)
