Medizone has very few remaining authorized shares that haven't been issued.

Excellent point, Mzei2.

Optioned shares are not issued shares but they count against the authorized shares.

It would take time and expense to get additional authorization with no guarantee disgruntled shareholders would agree.

Thanks, that,s what I thought, i,m not to wise in in market methods but it didn't,t make sense to me that one would surrender options because he thought the co. Was not doing well as some on this board felt. It costs nothing to keep the options. Just don,t execute them.
