I agree with you. If indeed this company doesn't actually open a storefront in the next month or so, I would put this stock in the scam category with LEXG. I just watch this when there is heavy volume (for whatever reason) and have noticed that it tends to ride the DJIA, albeit in a more jerky fashion. If you are a day trader that can be profitable. I don't do that so I just watch.
I'm not ready to declare this a fraud, yet, but I'm not that far behind you. I do find it funny sometimes that folks expect a CEO to respond to individual small time traders. I don't mean that in a derogatory sense, just a realistic sense. Now, if someone owned a quarter of the company and wanted an answer, I'd expect that one should be forthcoming.
One thing I've learned about the market is that patience usually pays a way higher dividend.
