This outlook does not look bullish. But news could change the picture.

Please bear in mind that any long who traded around a core would have more $ and stock today than following AF's advice. :-D

I still have a lot of respect left for AF. He has had some good calls on both ways and he probably has some more coming. But I am detecting a pattern in his writings I don't appreciate. Sometimes he lets his personal dislikes take over and that's the time when he obfuscates and omits facts. So far he has not produced one solid fact against IPIX but he keeps attacking. Why? I think he sees Leo as one of those bombastic buffoons that don't have any business of being in HIS biotech.

Here is Paranoid free guide to AF (free for now, but reproduction without author's permission is strictly forbidden):

1. AF likes sarcasm. Learn to separate sarcasm aimed at dubious facts from sarcasm aimed at dubious (by AF standards) person.
2. If AF is commenting mainly about the data at hand you better heed his advice first and THEN check the facts. I lost a freaking big bundle (for me) ignoring this (can you spell AVEO at FDA ODAC meeting).
3. If AF is getting personal check how stout his facts are, if there are any. And THEN act as warranted.
4. And the most important thing to remember: AF has an old testament attitude when it comes to personal dislikes - punish hard and often. If you go against AF on his target of personal dislike be prepared to sit on your investment for a long, long time, because AF will be remembering the target with some sort of revists for a long, long time. It reminds me of an angry elephant repeatedly coming and stomping on an already flattened hyena.

Generally, commenting about pharma stocks is a an excellent racket for a person with a tendency to see the worst. Ask yourself how many clinical trials are successful? That deducted from 100 is the percentage you being right if you consistently go for the short side. Maybe the easiest guruhood in the world?
