No man, down to $123,103 in December. Down nearly 50%. This is a total disaster. Remember they claimed Wildfire was going to pay up to $2,000,000 per year rent? 2 years later, if you took 100% of their sales they cant get there. Total disaster

Too bad it cost cgra $313k to charge wildfire $321k in rent and $49k in oil sales for the first nine months. Did you know wright was estimating $2 million a year in rent? Sad fact is cgra lost $2.4 million for the first nine months. All those fees add up.
