The PR never stated they had applied for licensure as a lab. It stated they were nearing completion of the lab that was in line with the Ohio requirements for registration, or something along those lines. Very simply, they stated they are getting close to having a lab that would meet the requirements for a testing lab in Ohio. No application was mentioned, nor was the license claimed. I can see where you could misread the PR. Honest mistake.
