Carmon Joseph Carbona is a long time associate of Joseph C. Passalaqua

You can find him involved as in officer in several old Joseph C. Passalaqua Issuers including some that got used for some paid promotion action and offshore money laudering like Nova Mining Corp (NVMN)

Joseph C. Passalaqua has recently gotten very active in the shell hijacking industry.

Joseph C. Passalaqua has been doing custodianship petitions using his Wyoming entity, Custodial Management LLC, with the assistance of attorney Jay A Shafer. Shafer was the long time attorney for Adam Tracy when Tracy was hijacking shells. Shafer has also been assisting Kelani M Long with a bunch of recent hijackings.

Joseph C. Passalaqua (Custodial Management LLC) applied for custodianship of the old abuses Pacific Blue Energy Corp shell in Clark County on 8/17/17 - Case No. A-17-760155-P

Passalaqua was granted custodianship of the PBEC shell on 10/20/17 and recently on 6/5/18 he did a status check with the courts.

I have no idea why Passalaqua would go after the PBEC shell. It was part of a SEC litigation against the Kirk family, an offshore money laundering organization run by Warren Davis, Luis Carrillo, Wade Huettel, and the former PBEC officers - Luniel De Beer and Joel P Franklin. The shell is seriously delinquent with its SEC filings. The shell also has a DTC chill on it.

Besides PBEC, Passalaqua is also in the process of hijacking Gryphon Resources, Inc (GRYO), Guinness Exploration, Inc (GNXP), Reostar Energy Corporation (REOS), Dinewise, Inc (DWIS), Duke Mountain Resources, Inc (DKMR), Universal Gold Mining Corp (UGDM), EV Transport, Inc (EVTP), Allied American Steel Corp (AAST), Tian'An Pharmaceuticals Co., LTD (TNPH), and South American Mining Corp

I also see Passalaqua involved in the Microchannel Technologies Corporation (MCTC), China Solar & Clean Energy Solutions Inc (CSOL), and Yaboo Inc (YBIN) hijackings

Most of those are seriously delinquent SEC filers with bad pasts so Passalaqua seems to be aiming lower than some of the other really active shell hijackers.
