Goodluck with that 400 mil on the ask, and a CEO that can't even efficiently orchestrate a spinoff, or find a way to make positive revenue after dumping over 10 mil $ into the company and his checking account to cover his salary. I'm pretty certain at this point he has ran this well dry. Probably why he has all the spinoffs going. This is so bloated with dilution not much he can do here to sell shares. So time to spinoff other companies so he at least can legitimize paying himself a salary.
