We are using the alternative reporting method, so 10q I don’t think is what we are waiting for. We are awaiting both the 4th quarter and year end (much easier than a full 10q). If this was a normal quarter (not year end), on average it should already be out. The other companies I check on pink / OTCQB had not filed either when I last looked. So I don’t think we are late.

Other companies that got filings sorted, went pink then OTCQB, seem to be quicker than us. Not reading too much into this, it’s done when it’s done.

To me the filings are more important, the last thing we need is a Stop or CE slapped on. (Long time before that)

I know the TNW networks revenue should be in the filing, 4-5 mill a year, so 1 mill in the quarter. The patent valuations will not be. Technically they closed early Jan, so won’t show up until the next one.
