If someone at TD got a notice from BK Court, wouldn't all of the Brokers received a similar notice??

Court order should be public record. Did anyone see this court order which should be applied to all of us?

If I were you I would send him a reply that says you have contacted a number of people that have Ameritrade and Lehman CT's and none of them are being treated this way and then ask why it is only you or are they in the process of doing this to ALL Ameritrade clients with Lehman CT's?

Ask, no TELL him, to provide you with a copy of the document that caused TD to steal your shares, or a link to that document. He can't because they misread something or other.
