Your theory is purely bullsh*t. If Adage really believe in this POS, they would never sold shares and increase their holding at this level and they would love to have someone like Denner to take over the company leadership, fix the company and generate for them ton of money.
Neither Denner nor Adage any more interested in this POS, and Adage will follow Denner by dumping the rest of their shares.
