..........Odd observation......TO WIT.........there is a strong 'business organization' in Denver...........mostly involved in heavy construction, booze, hotels, and now, we hear some weed-related entities...............

......we heard, a couple of years ago that Guy was familiar with these 'business organizations' = = dunno how well............and the FDIC ain't gonna mess with these boys...............whatever..........my take is Guy said 'we'll be taken care of' relative to getting our BANK wrongfully seized.....so the 'boys' don't need to get involved............enos is way too big for these ganglanders, imo......

.....uwbi cusip holders need to be more informed, imo...........even the BK has been a secret process - - WHICH IS UNLAWFUL...........unless the TRUSTEE and claimants agree to secrecy and seals, imo........which is the case, here, imo........and the buyer of the HC entities might have conditioned some non-disclosures..........
