the 21 mill be paid in many quarters depending on how much work is completed by DP. Now that Tom is Co ceo, he sees and knows everything that's going on with DP. That is very reassuring. So there should be ZERO surprises. Tom has been and still is very enthusiastic about DP. the 8k says bvtk will invoice monthly too.
