I wonder if that's why the Q was 'early' (well maybe a day or 2) All open notes are eligible for conversion as of last week. IMHO now is as good of a time as any for them to cash in as price is slowly declining.
I'm sure both toxic financiers know it's this piggy bank will now be empty for them for some time after this conversion.
At least the discount is 75% over 15 days and not 50-60% over 30 on the bigger notes.
