That list is very incomplete. The insiders gave themselves a billion shares which was reported to the SEC on 4/28/16. You can look it up yourself but Russell Thal gave himself 350 million, Frank Acqavella 350 million, Tony 100 million and Walt 200 million. I think Barry Claire has a bunch as well.

Nobody has filed that they sold any so they all should own all those shares.

Barry and Russel’s shares should be clawed back in my opinion... especially Russell. He was worthless...
