That aircraft is owned by Baltia, certificate issued January 2011, certificate expired January 31, 2017.

mysterymeat, N706BL was no longer listed as an asset on the last 10-K filed 2 years ago, the registration expired on 1/31/2017, and every source lists the plane as stored.
