I am curious about one thing, why did Pascoe tell everyone and their mother the FDA stated no more new trials, the FDA then comes back and says we cannot approve based on the current formulation, so that means you are gonna have to do new trials, why didn't the FDA tell him that at the November meeting unless the information Pascoe gave them was pretty bad on the re-submission.
