We are all small time players here, Wang is trying to appease to huge funds and big time investors. We should feel lucky we get to ride his coat tail to a fortune 100 company. by the rhetoric here, it is clear most here don't have a clue what's going on or understand even the basics of going public. JBZY is a real winner, and we just reached escape velocity out of the OTC junkyard and junkers.

No of course not but that is my point. I said this a long time ago and everybody here said i was just bashing. Why would he give us anything at all? Why wouldn't he dilute the common shares down to smithereens? Then work on getting the share price up after all of us hangeroners are gone? Either way if anything we own now will be worth anything down the road he will still be giving us free assets. The only way for him not to is to get us current common share holders out of the picture

what sane person would roll his personal assets into a company and give 40% of it for free for the sake if it?

No person did any such thing.
