Your assertion is that the stock will go up 100x to reflect the cutback of the common shares by 99%. But you ignore the Prefs!!!!!!

If it were that easy to pump a market cap by 100x just by R/S - EVERYONE WOULD DO IT!

Why would they authorize so many share if they were not going to release them? If wang is a billionaire why wouldn't he just put his own capital up instead of diluting his common shares? If he is so rich why wouldn't he just do a share buy back instead of diluting for capital that he doesn't need if he has so much money and billions in assets? Makes no sense at all if this were legit.
