Yes and the are worthless like TD told me. They know this is a SCAM and the shares will never be worth anything. I had different ppl at TD trade desks tell me to run not walk from this.
you need to send that info to the IR.. My last correspondence with the IR stated" the shares are exchangeable and some have already converted". I was going to wait for the next RS and then convert. Let us know if you get a response-TIA.
