Right. How can anyone believe these shares will ever trade, when the company can't even get their spinoff shares to their shareholders? Anyone who does DD wouldn't ever waste their $ here. That's why the company can do spinoff after spinoff and it doesn't even budge the pps. Its like trying to gift a piece of poop wrapped in paper with a bow. Stinky pile of crap that no one will even want. Wayne definitely is on the top 100 list of worst CEO's ever. On this list his photo is probably right next to or close to Bernie Madoff.

I have no divvies. I'm sure it's just an oversight or clerical error. That said, one might reasonably expect those two companies to leverage synergies that, heretofore, were unlevered. Synergistically speaking, I expect the next combinations, splits, and recombinations to yield significant dividends in perpetuity. I know what I own. No fear here. So, get ready. Boom time coming.
