Sounds like wishfull thinking, cancelling the a-shares must be a material event and pr:ed?!

They may even need to hold a general meeting to decide the conversion rate. Management just cant decide this on its own.

It has to be - they can't convert the a-shares know without anything major happening, or they risk being overthrown. So if we are indeed facing a convertion from a-shares then it either is a requirement for the TRW-loan, or a requirement from ECAB (or whomever gives a new conventional loan to SIAF that they have been talking about as well). Garret could have their back of course, but it seems very odd if they choose to convert the a-shares at an extreme ATL without any plan.
