Exactly PENNIESToSTACKS....they don't want to talk about solid verifiable information. Yet the run has started because of this validation that many were waiting for.
Rather they would like to speculate about rs, there is no filings/news to back it up.
Authorized shares are reduced to 500 million. It doesn't appear they are interested in behaving like other bloated pigs in the OTC markets. Many of these bloated pigs first issue hyped up PRs, dilute the tickers to the ground and then rs. Their main business is to sell shares.
Not the case here, Gifa has a real business. I highly doubt they have a get rich scheme off of the penny stock shareholders. The company spent $12 million to show case its corporate headquarters, not many stinky pinky company has that kind of money to spend on office space.
