As a realist we are in a worse place than 2012. Back then there were high hopes for the courts to deliver justice but as we have witnessed that is not going to happen. Our only option now seems to be someone’s whim which is scary. Back in 2012 there seemed to be more options but we have exhausted those options without a victory. It is still 50/50 gamble based on a whim. Hope the whim goes our way.
