I saw that they have a new shell NRP. It takes a few months to work your way through the court process and then they have to find a merger. Happy sticking here already did all those months of waiting on this one.

Two new ones for IVS people need to remember they announced two others when they got msmy grdo and one other. The other two deals fell through only msmy successfully worked out with room21 for IVS.
